This early ESP spin on Fender's Rosewood Tele platform features a sain-finished solid rosewood body, maple neck, and a 22 fret slab rosewood fretboard.

This guitar has a warm acoustic response with a rich lower midrange growl, weighing 9lbs 1oz. The single coil pickups feature black fiber bobbins and cloth-covered leads, channeling the foundational warmth of the instrument with a bridge pickup that has good body and chewy, twangy cut. The neck pickup has a sweet, bell-like chime. This vintage ESP benefits from a  professional setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and spot-on intonation.

Based on the grain structure, porousness, and shade of the rosewood, it is likely either a Patagonian rosewood or a Laotian/Siam rosewood. The satin Natural oil finish is very lightly applied with an open-pore feel. Cosmetic wear includes a number of tiny nicks on the back and lower bout perimeter, with buckle rash across the back. The neck retains its smooth satin finish, and there are a few shallow marks along the profile that don't distract the palm while fretting.

The original ESP-branded black tolex hardshell case is included.
