1980s ESP 400 Series Vintage T-Style Custom Electric Guitar Sunburst Ash, Near-Mint w/ Case

+ shipping

Up for sale, a 1980s ESP 400 Series T-style Custom vintage guitar in near-mint condition and in perfect working order, complete with a hardshell case. The 400 Series guitars were crafted in Japan during the ‘80s, featuring top-notch fit and finish work, faithfully capturing the cosmetics and tonal attributes of their American counterparts. This ESP is 100% original save for an upgraded wiring harness and a set of compensated brass saddles.

Tonewoods include a double bound ash body and maple neck, and the slab rosewood fretboard has a couple modern player-friendly features including a 22 fret fingerboard and 9 1/2" radius. The instrument has a clear, authoritative natural acoustic resonance, wth the midrange kick and note attack of ash as a tonewood, qualities channeled through the original LH950 single coil pickups. This Series 400 Tele Custom weighs 8lbs 5oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
