Up for sale, a 1980 Fender Stratocaster in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original molded hardshell case. Produced concurrently with the International Color series, this Black-finished Strat has the same black plastics contrasted with a white three-ply pickguard emblematic of those models.

The tonewood complement comprises an ash body and a one-piece maple neck with a significant U-shaped neck profile carve. Acoustically, it's a very punchy-sounding instrument with great midrange kick and bass register bark, weighing 10lbs 5oz. The gray bobbin single coils have flush alnico pole pieces, yielding a shimmering and bold quality in every position on the five-way pickup selector. This Strat has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and spot-on intonation.
