Up for sale, a 1976 Fender Telecaster in excellent, 100% original condition, complete with the original hardshell case. A medium weight example (notably light for the latter half of the ‘70s) at 7lbs 10oz, this Telecaster has a lively and dynamically responsive natural acoustic tone, with the traditional tonewood pairing of an ash body and a one-piece maple neck. The gray bobbin bridge pickup features staggered alnico poles, delivering plenty of chewy twang and authoritative snap, while the black bobbin neck pickup has a silky rhythmic cut and bell-like sparkle. This Telecaster benefits from a professional setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The Blonde gloss body finish is subtly translucent, highlighting the grain of the ash body, with only very subtle yellowing of the clear coat and a bit of isolated discoloration on the back as shown. There is one small finish chip at the treble-side waist on top, and an even smaller chip by the Low E string ferrule on the back. Otherwise, cosmetic wear is limited to some minor dings and a few faint finish scratches. The bright and virtually unaged gloss on the neck profile is flawless.

The original black tolex hardshell case is included.
