Up for sale, a 1975 Sho-Bud LDG model 6150 pedal steel in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. This iconic, professional-grade pedal steel was expertly engineered and manufactured in Nashville, Tennessee and features three pedals, four knee levers, and the stock single coil pickup.

The body is crafted from solid birdseye maple, with inlaid argyle accents along the treble-side perimeter. The molded plastic enameled fingerboard has Sho-Bud's signature 'Gamblers' motif, sporting heart, spade, clover, and diamond position markers. The roller nut and bridge ensure a smooth and reliable response from the pedals and knee lever, and the Grover Rotomatic tuning machines hold pitch as they should.

The hardware has very light patina, largely concentrated on the pedals and on the tuners. There is some light wear on the arm rest, but the padding is all intact and the rest is comfortable. The original label is present on the underside of the body, and the serial number dates production to March, 1975.

The original “Lloyd Green” finish has largely faded to a stately natural shade, highlighting the dynamic birdseye figuring in the maple across the body, with a light green tint remaining on the treble-side perimeter and on the bass side of the fingerboard, between the strings and the arm rest. Additionally, there is finish checking extending across the instrument as a whole. Cosmetically, this instrument is in great shape, with just a scant few nicks and dings.

The original Sho-bud branded hardshell case is included.
