Up for sale, a 1975 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe in excellent condition and in perfect working order, outfitted with a pair of Gibson's '70s clear bobbin P-90 pickups. Notably lightweight and lively for a Les Paul at 9lbs 3oz, this Gibson has plenty of sustain, clear note attack and warm midrange growl, qualities faithfully captured by the upgraded pair of period correct clear bobbin Gibson P-90 pickups. These pickups deliver a midrange-forward, glassy bite, focused bark at the bridge, and a woody percussive chop at the neck. This Les Paul Deluxe has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Goldtop nitro lacquer finish is 100% original with no touch-up or overspray, exhibiting subtle greening along the edges and where the forearm crosses the top. There is pick wear along the strum path, buckle rash across the back, and some minor marks on the body as a whole. The pickup cavities also have some minor additional routing (depth), ostensibly to accommodate different pickup mounting screws/inserts. The neck profile has some shallow marks on the profile length, worn smooth through play, and the bass-side headstock wing has been professionally reglued.
A vintage Gibson black tolex hardshell case is included.
