Up for sale, a 1975 Fender Stratocaster in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with a hardshell case. With a Natural gloss finish over the ash body, U-shaped neck profile carve, and gray bobbin pickups, this Stratocaster offers a potent and full-bodied midrange with great sustain, weighing 8lbs 1oz.
The trio of flat-pole gray bobbin single coils excel at delivering a sparkling, snappy range of tonalities: the bridge pickup offers bite and upper midrange presence, the middle pickup has a certain honk and percussive chime, and the neck single coil has a smooth, detailed tone that's ideal for solos and lead work. The gloss Natural finish exhibits a bit of isolated checking in the clear coat, with a sliver of buckle wear on the edge of the belly contour on the back, a small repaired split on the corner of the pickguard, and some additional minor dings and finish scuffs. There is also a tiny bit of finish chipping and checking at the corners of the neck pocket, while the gloss finish on the neck profile is pristine, and there is a very small repaired split at the neck heel just below the disc for the Micro-Tilt.
A vintage black tolex hardshell case is included.
