Up for sale, a 1974 Gibson Les Paul Deluxe in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. 100% original save for more tightly spec'd modern CTS pots (originals included), this Les Paul Deluxe's mini humbuckers deliver a round sound with great definition and punch. A perfect blend of humbucker growl and single coil sparkle, the mini hum's tonal properties are enhanced by the maple/mahogany body construction, offering both wooly bark and great treble cut. The top end snaps and sparkles, while the bass register stays tight and focused, and each position on the three-way pickup selector is distinct. This Les Paul Deluxe has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Goldtop nitro lacquer finish is 100% original with no touch-up or overspray, and cosmetic wear includes some small finish chips along the lower bout perimeter (and one on top along the bass-side binding), light buckle rash across the back, and some minor nicks and faint finish scratches consistent with use. The neck profile retains its smooth nitro gloss.
The original black tolex hardshell case with purple plush interior is included, featuring functional latches, the original handle, and clean Gibson silkscreen on the lid. The original wiring harness is also included.
