Up for sale, a 1974 Fender Telecaster Deluxe in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with a vintage case. Weighing 8lbs 10oz, tonewoods include an ash body and one-piece maple neck, loaded with Seth Lover-designed CuNiFe Wide Range humbuckers.
As the architect of the original Gibson "PAF" humbucker, Seth Lover subsequently made his mark on Fender with the Wide Range pickup, a unique humbucker constructed using individually slotted and threaded pole pieces made from CuNiFe (copper-nickel-iron) magnets. The result is a pickup that has Fender's signature sparkle and cut, yet with the added warmth and fullness of a humbucker. This is a punchy, powerful-sounding instrument with a clear, percussive quality in every pickup position and the midrange presence of ash as a tonewood. A late β70s molded Fender hardshell case is included. Two of the latches are functional.
