Up for sale, a 1970s Yamaha YC-10 vintage combo organ in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original latching lid. Introduced in 1969, the YC-10 was the debut model for the refined and versatile YC series of combo organs and the most compact offering. The sound is Yamaha’s own signature blend of airy, reedy cut, with bold and bubbly bass, and a slightly growly, harmonically textured midrange, easily competing with its Farfisa and Vox contemporaries. This organ has been fully serviced by our techs here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with all contacts cleaned, all voltages measured and caps replaced as necessary, and all keys engaging smoothly.A useful selection of tone levers govern the signal, with each lever offering continuously variable control. A Pitch knob and Vibrato switch are included, as well as a Balance blend control between Channels One and Two settings, and a Bright switch for Channel Two. Offering 49 keys total, the first 17 keys can be selected to either the Bass register, or as an extension to the treble frequencies without the added bass functionality.Cosmetically, the red tolex covering shows light scratches and wear around the perimeter. The control panel is clean with minty graphics and all of the original knobs and switch ends present. The original lid is included and latches securely with the band name "Just Us" silkscreened on top. The hard-wired original Volume pedal is included and stores in the small compartment on the underside of the organ.
