1970s Mu-Tron C-200 Volume/Wah Vintage Guitar Effects Pedal

Up for sale, a 1970s Mu-Tron C-200 Volume-Wah pedal in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original manual. A very vocal and sweet sounding wah, this pedal has a very even and rich sweep, with the kind of tonal character that lives up to the Mu-Tron name as a heavyweight in envelope filter circles. Each effect can be individually selected and the Volume side of the pedal provides a smooth taper that allows for a nuanced approach. When used in tandem, this C-200 delivers a unique Vol/Wah unison effect that lends itself to experimentation and emotive playing.This pedal sports a robust, rugged enclosure with a smoothly-actuating treadle. There’s a small trim pot on the side of the pedal that enables gain adjustments, both boosting and coloring the overall tone, from 0-6dB. Cosmetically, this pedal shows very little wear beyond a few minor marks, and the original three-prong power cable is also in great shape.The original user manual is included.
