Up for sale, a 1970s Maxon GA-10 Micro Teacher in excellent condition, complete with the original box. A rare and highly regarded Japanese preamp/overdrive pedal, the GA-10 has a tiny built-in speaker (functional, but ratty-sounding and best considered not a viable cone). Yet the real magic of this pedal is running it in-line like a conventional effect, as it houses a 4558 IC chip that provides a very pleasing, musical overdrive with ideal grit and saturation. The pedal retains its original pair of knobs with a clean enclosure and well-kept white silkscreen graphics.
