Up for sale, a 1965 Rickenbacker 450 Combo in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with a silver Rickenbacker hardshell case. A very well-kept vintage example, the gloss Fireglo finish highlights subtle flame and bubble maple figuring across the body wings. This 450 Combo boasts the contoured, slender iteration of the cresting wave body first introduced in mid-61, weighing just 6lbs 11oz with maple neck through construction and a slab rosewood fingerboard.

The original Toaster Top pickups have a distinctive treble articulation and jangle, with a bell-like warmth and percussive cut in the neck position, and more smooth growl and sparkling spank at the bridge. This Rickenbacker 450 benefits from a professional setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
