Out Of Stock
Up for sale, a 1960s Hohner Pianet N in exceptional condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original legs, tweed case, volume pedal, necessary cabling, case and keyboard keys, and even an original hangtag. A notably clean and original example from the Pianet N's original mid-1960s run, this vintage reed-based keyboard features a modern set of Ken Rich sticky pads so that the reeds are all plucked reliably and uniformly.

A bright, sparkling electric piano tone with a distinct attack and bark, the Pianet saw use with the Zombies, the Beatles, Loving Spoonful, and a host of others. Similar to a Wurlitzer but existing in its own sonic space, this Pianet N is an ideal stage and studio tool. The key caps are perfectly level and bright white, and the "Hohner" and "Pianet" gold silkscreen text on the namerail is near mint. Cosmetically, the gold hammerite and wood grain exterior is particularly clean, with only minor wear on the sides and enclosure edges. A previous owner's ID number is etched above the power cable receptacle, and the original serialized badge is intact, noting production in Germany and a transformer designed for use in the USA at 110v.

The wooden legs and metal leg brace are included, with the two original bolts for anchoring the legs intact, and three of the four smaller bolts present for attaching the brace. The gold hammerite Volume pedal is present, and the keys to lock both the keyboard lid and the keyboard case are included. A small tag from Myers Music in Seattle rounds out the accessories, and this Pianet has ostensibly lived its entire life in the Pacific Northwest.
