Handwired in Leipzig, Germany, this pedal is designed to combine the clarity and dynamic response of the best overdrives with the raw and complex texture of a vintage fuzz, yielding a vast array of tones from clean boost to subtle grit to full-blown buzzsaw aggression. This pedal features a modified version of the classic Fuzz Face/Tone Bender-style circuit, loaded with a set of matched low gain silicon transistors, voiced between Germanium warmth and silicon presence and bite. The three-way Bias switch toggles between High Headroom (tight, less fuzzy), Low Bias (dirty, buzzy fun), and “The Golden Middle” modes.
