Up for sale, a custom MJT Jazzmaster build, outfitted with premium components/hardware and complete with a hardshell case. This guitar pairs a relic’d Olympic White nitro lacquer-finished MJT VTJ (Jazzmaster) body with a Fender-licensed Musikraft quartersawn AAA flame maple neck, equipped with Lollar Regal pickups, a Mastery’s OMV-P vibrato and M1 bridge.
The MJT body is crafted from alder, and the thick slab Indian rosewood fretboard is a dark cut with clay dot inlay, a compound 7.25-9.5” radius and 6105 fretwire that has the same width as vintage fretwire, but with appreciably more height and crown. The Lollar Regal for Jazzmaster pickups are based on Fender’s Wide Range humbucker (as designed by Seth Lover). These pickups capture the sparkle, boldness and percussive cut of the original Wide Range design, with dark, rich tones available via the Rhythm circuit. This Jazzmaster weighs 8lbs 9oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar, where we specialize in Fender Offset instruments, dialed in with Gabriel Tenorio Long Twist 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.

The Olympic White nitro lacquer finish and relic was executed by MJT (who also supplied the body), and the lacquer is shot nice and thin for maximal resonance. MJT's relic treatment includes subtle checking, and some simulated marks of wear, primarily concentrated around the perimeter. Beyond the relic, there’s virtually no playwear on the instrument. The neck profile has simulated palm wear, resulting in a satin feel.
A black tolex hardshell case is included.
