Up for sale, a 2025 Fender Traditional II 60s Telecaster Custom FSR in mint condition, complete with hangtags. An FSR (Factory Special Run) model produced exclusively for Japanese retailer Ishibashi, this “Made in Japan” Tele Custom features a bound walnut top capping an alder body. Only available within Japan, this like-new Telecaster has been imported directly from Tokyo.
The walnut top adds a present, sweet-sounding midrange, also increasing low frequency response, while the alder body provides a balanced, neutral tonal platform. The pickups deliver plenty of twang and sparkle in the bridge position and more warmth and percussive cut when toggling toward the neck on the three-way pickup selector switch. This Tele weighs 8lbs 1oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
