Up for sale, a 2022 Fender Japan Hiroshi Nagai Art Canvas Esquire No 2 in mint condition, complete with the original hangtags and hardshell case. Limited to 30 pieces worldwide and only available as a Fender Japan website exclusive, these Art Canvas Esquire models sold out instantly.
Featuring artwork from Hiroshi Nagai, one of the leading figures in the City Pop style, this Esquire is lightweight at 7lbs 4oz with a maple neck, slab rosewood fretboard and ash body. At the heart of this model is an American Vintage '58 Esquire/Tele bridge pickup, coupled to a three-way Tone switch and offering plenty of chewy twang and sparkling single coil cut, with the inherent midrange authority of ash. This Esquire benefits from a professional setup here at Mike & Mike's Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
