Up for sale, a 2021 Paul Reed Smith McCarty 594 Hollowbody II in near-mint condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case and hangtags. This McCarty 594 features a fully hollow body, 58/15 LT pickups which have undergone PRS’s TCI (tuned capacitance and inductance) process, Pattern Vintage neck profile, and a zinc bridge with brass saddles. The hardware on this PRS has been swapped to all-gold components, with a genuine PRS bridge and tailpiece as well as Kluson Deluxe drop-in tuning machines (original hardware also included).
The fully hollow body features a carved flame maple top and back with mahogany rims, and this guitar has a broad and detailed acoustic response, providing an ideal platform for the 58/15 LT humbuckers. The 58/18 LT humbuckers are only available from PRS loaded in one of their instruments (not sold separately), and these highly prized low-wind PAF-style pickups are extremely articulate, sweet, and expressive. Both pickups have dedicated push/pull coil taps on the Tone controls for sparkling, snappy single coil tonalities, and each has been through the TCI (tuned capacitance and inductance) process, ensuring that they are clear, musical and dynamically responsive to player inputs. The original black tolex hardshell case is included, along with the serialized hangtags (dated 4/23/21) and original hardware (not pictured).
