Up for sale, a 2021 Fender Modern Telecaster HH in near-mint condition and in perfect working order, upgraded with a pair of Lollar Low Wind Imperial four-conductor humbuckers and custom switching. This limited run “Made in Japan” model was designed exclusively for Japan and select international markets, featuring a no-frills, sleek updated take on the Tele platform. Essentially a new spin on the popular Aerodyne series, this HH Tele sports a bevy of premium features including locking tuners, a “Modern C to D” neck profile with a satin finish, compound fretboard radius, and a gloss Jasper Olive Metallic finish.
Tonewoods include a contoured alder body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fretboard, and this Tele weighs 7lbs 8oz. The Lollar Low Wind Imperial humbuckers are designed in the PAF vein, wound to maximize frequency balance with tons of detail, top-end sweetness, and tailored midrange clarity. A global push/pull coil tap engages single coil spank for both pickups, and the independent parallel/series mini toggles further broaden the tonal range. This Modern Telecaster HH has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
