Up for sale, a 2019 Fender Traditional ‘60s Jazz Bass in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with hangtags. A Fender Japan exclusive model uncommon outside its country of origin, the “Made in Japan” Traditional series instruments adhere closely to vintage spec both aesthetically and tonally.
The bridge pickup has the power, burp, and presence that ensures a Jazz Bass cuts through in ensemble situations, and it's easy to dial in the right amount of midrange growl and fundamental thump (particularly with the Tone knob rolled back to taste), with a wide array of tonalities achievable via various blend of the two single coils.
