Up for sale, a 2019 Fender Hybrid ‘60s Jazz Bass, near-mint with a custom color Sherwood Green gloss finish. Made exclusively for the Japanese domestic market and select international territories, the Hybrid ‘60s Jazz Bass is an upscale, discontinued model that blends vintage aesthetics and modern playability, featuring a pair of Fender's USA-made Pure Vintage pickups, USA-spec CTS pots, a satin neck profile finish, a carved bone nut, and a slab rosewood fretboard with medium jumbo fretwire and a 9 1/2" radius.

Weighing 9lbs 5oz, tonewoods include an alder body and maple neck capped with a slab rosewood fretboard, yielding a smooth, balanced acoustic sound. The pair of factory-installed Fender USA Pure Vintage pickups deliver strong note attack, with upper midrange burp and grind at the bridge and woody punch at the neck. The tone can get quite broad too by rolling off the bridge pickup Volume and Master Tone control, for a rich sound that doesn't lack definition. This Hybrid ‘60s Jazz Bass has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-100 roundwound strings, comfortable action, and accurate intonation.
