Lightweight at 7lbs 6oz and extremely lively acoustically, this Angel features a pair of HF1/HF2 humbuckers and a central SC2 single coil. The HF humbuckers are wound in the PAF camp, delivering a vintage-flavored voice with a focused, lively midrange, singing upper-mids and smooth treble response. The two-way global coil tap enables single coil bridge twang and bell-like neck tones. The SC2 in the middle position is sweet and lush, with a hum-canceling design for noiseless performance without losing the immediacy and clarity inherent to the single coil design. This Angel has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
