The maple fretboard has a modern 9 1\/2\" radius with perfect medium jumbo fretwire. Notes ring out clearly in every register up the 34\" scale, and the nut measures a comfortable 1 5\/8\" in width. The headstock features a block 70s-style Precision Bass logo, and the clover button tuning machines turn very smoothly and hold pitch well.The simple electronics function as intended, the chrome-plated hardware is nigh flawless including the bridge, knurled knobs, and 60th Anniversary neck plate, and the original parchment pickguard is intact showing some UV-related aging around the original pick-shaped Fender advert that was once on the guard.
