Up for sale, a 2008 B.C. Rich Warlock JM140 in excellent condition and in perfect working order. This rare guitar was crafted as part of B.C. Rich’s “Japan Monster” series, a premium line designed exclusively for the Japanese domestic market, featuring premium hardware and electronics including a Schaller Floyd Rose-licensed tremolo and USA-made Seymour Duncan pickups. Notably rare among the various Japanese-made B.C. Rich series, sparingly few Japan Monster Warlocks were produced.
This Warlock features mahogany set-neck construction, ensuring plenty of natural midrange warmth and sustain. The high-output Seymour Duncan SH-6 Duncan Distortion humbucker at the bridge delivers powerful, balanced tones with rich upper-midrange harmonics, perfect for searing leads and crunchy chords. The neck pickup is a Seymour Duncan SH-1 ‘59 Model, wound in the vein of the original PAF, delivering the open, detailed sound with warm lows, sweet treble growl, and scooped midrange. This Warlock weighs 7lbs 10oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.
