A obscure, non-catalog “Crafted in Japan” model virtually unseen outside its country of origin, this Fender features an SSH pickup configuration, Floyd Rose-style double locking tremolo, 22 fret rosewood fretboard with jumbo fretwire and a 12” radius, and distinctive large '70s headstock shape with block logo.
Designed for high gain performance, the Gotoh humbucker in the bridge position dishes out plenty of power and punch, with middle and neck position ceramic magnet single coils that are ideal for cutting cleans and articulate phrasing. Tonewoods include an ash body and maple neck, and this guitar weighs 8lbs 5oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with fresh 9-42 strings, slinky action, and spot-on intonation.
