Produced in limited quantities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the iconic “Mary Kaye” Stratocaster, this premium Strat is faithful to vintage spec, boasting a gloss White Blonde nitro lacquer finish, gold-plated hardware, and a V-shaped neck profile.
Traditional tonewoods include an alder body and a one-piece maple neck, and this Strat has a balanced, clear acoustic response that provides an ideal platform for the trio of American Vintage 57/62 single coil pickups. Featuring staggered, beveled pole pieces, black fiber bobbins, and cloth-covered leads, these pickups yield sparkling cut at the bridge, smooth breadth at the neck, and hollow quack at the “in-between” positions on the five-way pickup selector switch. This Limited Edition “Mary Kaye” Stratocaster weighs 7lbs 3oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
