Up for sale, a 1998 Rickenbacker Rose Morris model 1997 in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original molded hardshell case and hangtags. This limited production Rickenbacker reissue was designed to replicate the features of the model made by Ric exclusively for distribution by Rose Morris in the UK, including a distinctive traditional F hole (instead of the “cats eye” variety seen on Rics in the US market), pointer knobs, and a pair of Toaster Top single coils.
With a semi-hollow maple body and a pair of Rickenbackers hotly wound Toaster Top pickups, these alnico magnet single coils offer sparkling cleans, cutting chime and rich overdriven cut, yielding a bevy of traditional Ric tonalities. This Rose Morris 1997 weighs 7lbs 3oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
