1995-martin-style-3-soprano-ukulele-near-mint-w-case
1995 Martin Style 3 Soprano Ukulele, Near-Mint w/ Case
Up for sale, a 1995 Martin Style 3 Soprano Ukulele in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original case. Originally debuting as the top-of-the-line model in Martin's first ukulele lineup circa 1915, the Style 3's elevated feature set included multi-ply binding throughout and a 17-fret ebony fingerboard, allowing considerably more range than Martin's lower tiers. The ebony board ensured the Style 3 had a bit more treble pop and percussive cut, and for the uke virtuoso, the extended fretboard range rewards spirited lead work. This Style 3 benefits from a professional setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with fresh Fremont Blackline strings and easy-playing action.

Neck Specs:

- Wood: Mahogany
- Shape: Slim C, measuring .645” 1st fret, .730” 5th fret, .810” 7th fret
- Fretboard: Ebony, small dot inlay
- Frets: Slender, no wear
- Scale Length: 13 5/8”
- Nut: 1 13/32”
- Tuners: Waverly, hex nuts, white buttons

Body Specs:

- Body: Mahogany
- Bracing: Ladder, scalloped
- Hardware: Mahogany bridge, ebony saddle
- Marquetry: Multi-ply ambered binding, simple rosette
- Label: Nazareth, PA “Made in USA” stamp

This Style 3 presents extremely cleanly, with only a few light scratches on the gloss lacquer finish.

A chipboard case is included (handle no longer present).
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0550/4437/4714/files/medium_ace2fe69-2ad2-4a5b-9fd2-a46bb35bd612.jpg?v=1793100603
