Up for sale, a circa 1993 Burny V-155 in near-mint condition and in perfect working order. Produced under the umbrella of the Fernandes company in Japan, this Burny was made for just a few short years, boasting mahogany/maple neck-through construction, a satin finish, and gold hardware.
Warm and clear-sounding acoustically, the mahogany/maple construction is paired with an ebony fingerboard for a glassy treble cut. This Burny delivers plenty of sustain, and the humbuckers offer a traditional range of tones, with growl in the bridge position and a fat, round quality at the neck. Featherweight at 6lbs 6oz, this V-155 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
