Up for sale, a 1993 Fender Custom Edition Stratocaster '62 vintage reissue model ST62G-65 in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. A rare, early Fender Japan Stratocaster produced at the Fujigen factory during the golden age of "Made in Japan" output, this Strat features a transparent Charcoal Marine (CCM) gloss finish over the prominent grain of the American Basswood body, accented by gold hardware throughout.

This Strat has a balanced, lively natural acoustic quality which is translated faithfully through the trio of original alnico magnet single coils. The bridge position has a sparkly, authoritative zing, the middle position single coil has a percussive clarity, and the neck position is throaty and warm while still having a crystalline snap in the top end. The five-way pickup selector switch also offers easy access to the signature Strat quack in the 2 and 4 positions. Weighing 7lbs 8oz, this Stratocaster has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
