When the Compression is cranked up, the dips in level and swells of sustain become quite pronounced, making this pedal exceedingly well-suited to surf or country playing styles. The fixed attack is slow, letting in a good chunk of initial pick articulation, and the tone is full and bright, akin to an Orange Squeezer.  \n\nThe circuit is untouched, with original CTS pots that date to 1981.
