Up for sale, a 1990 Fender Telecaster ‘72 vintage reissue model TL72-500 in excellent, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. Produced at the Fujigen factory during the golden era of Fender Japan production, this “Made in Japan” Telecaster is uncommon outside of its country of origin.
Featuring an ash body and one-piece maple neck, this guitar's natural acoustic tone is broad and authoritative, offering both warmth and muscle. Plugged in, the bridge pickup has ample twang and chime, balancing the attack and snappiness of maple with the midrange punch and detail of ash. The neck pickup has a smooth, open tone with warm lower mids, retaining great articulation. Weighing 7lbs 14oz, this Telecaster has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
