The ebonic fretboard has a glassy articulation akin to ebony, and the medium jumbo fretwire shows virtually no wear, playing cleanly up the 34” scale with a straight neck and a responsive, optimally-adjusted truss rod. The nut measures 1 5\/8“ in width, and on the headstock, the “R”-stamped tuning machines turn smoothly and hold accurate pitch.All of the electronics function as intended, with the pickups governed by independent Volume controls, a Master Tone knob, and a three-way selector switch, and the original full-size Japanese pots have date codes ranging from ‘87-’90. The black-plated hardware includes the dome-topped knurled knobs and the rugged, B.C. Rich-branded toploader bridge.There's light yellowing in the clear coat of the White gloss, with a few tan lines from previously removed stickers on the body, as well as a small area of subtle texturing in the finish on the top at the bass-side waist. Cosmetic wear includes chipped areas on the lower bout body points (very common on Warlock body shapes), very light buckle rash on the back, and a handful of minor dings and finish scratches on the body as a whole. The neck profile retains its smooth satin finish.The original B.C.
