Up for sale, a 1988 B.C. Rich Gunslinger model STC-24G in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This finely crafted, uncommon B.C. Rich was made in Japan as part of the NJ Series (Nagoya, Japan), featuring a contoured alder body with flame maple veneers on the top and back, an SSH pickup complement, and a gloss Transparent Navy Blue finish accented by gold hardware.
The Super Distortion-style HB high-output humbucker at the bridge is aggressive and cutting, handling heavy distortion with ease. The 2S single coils at the neck and middle are sweet and full, providing an ideal counterpoint to the fuller punch at the bridge, with plenty of midrange woodiness and a low noise floor. Additionally, the trio of independent On/Off switches enable all possible pickup combinations. This STC-24G weighs 7lbs 12oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Transparent Navy Blue finish highlights the tight flame figuring in the maple veneers, with light greening of the clear coat that results in a teal-adjacent hue. Cosmetic wear is limited to a light pick scuffing on top, one small chip at the lower bout perimeter and some faint finish scratches on the body as a whole. The satin finish on the neck profile is flawless.
A gigbag is included.
