Up for sale, a 1986 Rickenbacker 360/12 in near-mint condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. This iteration of Ric’s perennially popular 12-string model features a gloss Fireglo finish and a pair of “Hi-Gain” single coil pickups.
The semi-hollow maple body results in a full, authoritative natural acoustic quality with great percussive chop. Plugged in, this 360/12 delivers quintessential Rickenbacker sparkle and jangle: even though the pickups are dubbed "Hi-Gain" by Rickenbacker, their modest single coil output allows for clear trebles that accentuate the chime of the 12-string design, faithfully capturing the full sonic spectrum of all 12 strings. This 360/12 weighs 7lbs 9oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, easy-playing action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Fireglo finish is a slightly more subdued, brown hue than most, framed on back by cream binding, and cosmetic wear is limited to a couple small chips along the lower bout perimeter and headstock edges, as well as a few minor dings on the body as a whole. The gloss on the neck profile is smooth and clean save for a cluster of shallow nicks along the treble-side shoulder behind frets 12-15.
The original black tolex hardshell case is included.
