Up for sale, a 1982 Fender JV Precision Bass ‘62 vintage reissue model PB62-75 in near-mint condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case and hangtags. A first-year Fender Japan model made at Fujigen, this Precision Bass was part of the JV (Japanese Vintage) series which paralleled early Fender vintage reissue production at Fender's Fullerton, CA factory. Features include a black bobbin split coil pickup, and vintage-correct reverse gear tuning machines and threaded bridge saddles.

Tonewoods include an alder body, maple neck, and slab rosewood fretboard, and this PB62-75 weighs 8lbs 8oz, offering a balanced, resonant acoustic platform with smooth sustain. The split-coil pickup delivers pillowy thump, rich growl and round treble punch. This Precision Bass has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 45-105 roundwound strings, easy-playing action, and accurate intonation.
