This particular DM-2 is a stunning and early example, with a serial number that shows a September, 1982 production date. This pioneering, all analog delay offers a lush, warm tone thanks to the famous MN3005 "Bucket Brigade" delay chip. This chip produces a thick, rich quality, and the delay time is variable between 20ms and 300ms, with a control layout that is intuitive and easy to use.
Overall, this pedal is in pristine cosmetic condition, with a single chip in the finish and the original owners name painted in cursive on the of the enclosure just north of the 9v jack. The original black "Made in Japan" foil label is intact, as well as the serial number sticker in the battery compartment.
