Up for sale, a 1980s Mosrite Ventures Model VMG-700 ‘65 vintage reissue in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order. This finely-crafted Mosrite reissue was produced at the KuroKumo factory in Japan, capturing the essential specs of the 1965 model year. Features include a Moseley vibrato tailpiece, skirted “M” knobs, Kluson-style tuning machines, and German Carve on the basswood body.

The single coil pickups are snappy and sparkling, not as overwound as some, yet still providing a bold, distinct sound in every pickup position. Chewy and snappy at the bridge and broader at the neck, these pickups offer an authoritative treble zing that's quintessential Mosrite. Weighing 9lbs 1oz, this Mosrite has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
