Up for sale, a 1980s B.C. Rich Stealth in excellent condition and in perfect working order with a custom-ordered Cheetah finish, single EMG humbucker and Floyd Rose tremolo. Crafted in Japan as part of the NJ Series (Nagoya, Japan), this rare and exceedingly unique iteration of the Stealth platform (with matching reverse headstock) is an on-the-nose '80s shred machine.
A perennial favorite, the EMG 81 utilizes ceramic magnets and close aperture coils, designed for optimal note detail, enhanced high end cut, and fluid sustain, engineered so that lead work will slice through even the densest mix with an aggressive, gain-ready snarl. Featherweight at 7lbs, this Stealth has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 9-42 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.

The gloss Cheetah Print finish has some finish checking at the edges of the neck pocket, and cosmetic wear is limited to a bit of pick scuffing, some dings on the lower body points, and a few faint finish scratches in the clear coat. The satin finish on the neck profile highlights some flame figuring in the maple, with just a couple shallow marks behind frets 2-4. There are also a couple small holes drilled through the four-bolt neck plate, and an extra strap button mounting hole just below the plate.
A gigbag is included.
