Up for sale, a 1975 Gibson ES-335 TD in near-mint, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case. This extremely well-kept 335 features a Cherry Wine nitro lacquer finish and a pair of T Top humbuckers.
Acoustically big, barking, and bold, this ES-335 TD balances the immediacy and snap of maple and the tonal breadth of the semi-hollow construction. The T Top pickups are a perfect compliment to the 335's construction and tonewoods: the bridge pickup is clear, defined, and plenty warm, with a notably sponginess and bloom. With both pickups engaged it's easy to dial in an ideal rhythm tone that has percussive cut and roundness, and with the neck pickup singled out, things fatten up nicely while retaining sweet treble articulation.
