Up for sale, a 1974 Marshall JMP Super Lead 100 Model 1959 in exceptional condition and in perfect working order. Recently retubed and freshly serviced, this Super Lead 100 roars with a pure and dynamic non-master volume circuit. At 100 watts, the amp has incredible muscle, power, and crunch, and the EL34 power tube quad offers ample headroom, while gaining up beautifully with a rich, churning drive. The EQ controls have a wide sweep for easily dialing in the perfect amount of bark and cut.

The circuit is 100% original, with the stock Dagnall transformers present and original Mullard mustard capacitors which date to the 3rd quarter of ‘73. The tubes comprise a freshly biased matched quartet of Electro Harmonix EL34 power tubes and a trio of JJ ECC83 tubes for the preamp.

The chassis itself shows modest oxidation, with a notably clean faceplate that retains all of the original black silkscreen lettering and a full complement of original knobs. The F-suffix serial number on the backplate dates production to 1974. The smooth black tolex is framed by gold piping, retaining the original small Marshall logo and showing only light wear, with one small tolex tear on the bottom and a couple bald corners.
