The gloss Oriental Red (Firebird Red) finish exhibits a couple “Bigsby bites” on top from a removed B7, and there is a cleanly repaired V-shaped headstock split along the bass-side of the carve, professionally addressed long ago and perfectly stable. There is broad lacquer checking on top, and some small finish chips and dings from consistent use on the body. The neck carve is very comfortable and inviting to the hand, with palm wear down to the bare mahogany on the shoulders in the first position.
The original blue/gray speckled hardshell case is included.
