Up for sale, a 1940 Gibson EH-125 in excellent condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original case. Only produced from 1940 to ‘42, this rare World War II-era Gibson lap steel features a mahogany body and P-13 single coil pickup. Similar in its tonal range and rich single coil cut to a P-90, the P-13 has a punchy, smokey sound with a vocal-like “wah” character to the midrange. This EH-125 weighs 4lbs 11oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 13-35 strings.
